De Opdracht betreft het, ten behoeve van Cursisten, verzorgen van de Bedienaarsopleidingen mobiele arbeidsmiddelen en het afnemen van de daarbij behorende (her)examen, zoals beschreven in de Aanbestedingsstukken waaronder de Bijlage Programma van eisen. De volgende Bedienaarsopleidingen mobiele arbeidsmiddelen maken onderdeel uit van de Opdracht: Initiële bedienaarsopleiding heftruck; Retentie bedienaarsopleiding heftruck; Initiële bedienaarsopleiding reachtruck; Initiële bedienaarsopleiding reachtruck verkort; Retentie bedienaarsopleiding reachtruck; Initiële bedienaarsopleiding verreiker; Retentie bedienaarsopleiding verreiker. De Bedienaarsopleidingen mobiele arbeidsmiddelen moeten zowel op locatie van Opdrachtnemer verzorgd kunnen worden, als op alle Defensielocaties in Nederland uitgezonderd de Waddeneilanden. Op dit moment worden de Bedienaarsopleidingen mobiele arbeidsmiddelen in elk geval verzorgd op de Defensielocaties in Den Helder en Havelte. De Bedienaarsopleidingen mobiele arbeidsmiddelen zijn bestemd voor militairen en burgers in alle rangen en schaalniveaus, werk- en denkniveau die deze nodig hebben voor het kunnen uitoefenen van hun functie.
