De Gemeenschappelijke Regeling Meerinzicht verzorgt de bedrijfsvoering voor de gemeenten Ermelo, Harderwijk en Zeewolde en schrijft een Europese aanbesteding uit voor het Opleiden, Trainen en Oefenen (OTO) van de interne calamiteitenorganisatie. De opdracht richt zich op de verdere ontwikkeling van de vakbekwaamheid binnen de interne calamiteitenorganisatie van Meerinzicht. EHZM wil met deze aanbesteding een deskundige samenwerkingspartner contracteren die bijdraagt aan het creëren van samenhang tussen mensen, teams, processen en organisaties, zodat de vakbekwaamheid zich ontwikkelt en de continuïteit van de dienstverlening duurzaam wordt versterkt.
