De gemeenten Bergen, Uitgeest, Castricum en Heiloo willen met één ondernemer een raamovereenkomst afsluiten voor het uitvoeren van terrestrische metingen. Binnen deze gemeenten bestaat behoefte aan structurele en kwalitatief hoogwaardige terrestrische inwinning voor het actualiseren van geo-informatie en basisregistraties. De terrestrische metingen zijn noodzakelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van de Basisregistratie Adressen en Gebouwen (BAG), de Basisregistratie Grootschalige Topografie (BGT) en BOR-gegevens (Beheer Openbare Ruimte). Inclusief BGT-mutaties voor het Hoogheemraadschap Hollands Noorderkwartier. Het betreft nieuwe en gewijzigde objecten als gevolg van nieuwbouw, verbouw, reconstructies, groenaanpassingen, plaatsing of verwijdering van objecten en infrastructurele wijzigingen.
