Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het contracteren van één marktpartij die de volledige inhuur van uitzendkrachten t/m schaal 9 cao-hbo verzorgt, inclusief de inzet en het beheer van de surveillantenpool. Gemiddelde jaarlijkse inhuurkosten 2024/2025: ca. €1,95 miljoen excl. btw (uitzenden + surveillanten samen), met een verwachte bandbreedte van €1,9–2,05 miljoen per jaar.

Lots Lot 1 — Inhuur uitzendkrachten t/m schaal 9 inclusief beheer surveillantenpool (estimated 13200000): De Hanze is voornemens om rond 9 september 2026 de Europese openbare aanbesteding voor de inhuur van uitzendkrachten t/m schaal 9 cao-hbo, inclusief het beheer van de surveillantenpool, te publiceren. De opdracht wordt niet opgedeeld in percelen. De Hanze is voornemens één opdrachtnemer te contracteren voor de volledige opdracht. Publicatie van de aanbesteding is te volgen via TenderNed.
