Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het contracteren van één partij voor de inhuur van flexibele arbeidskrachten voor NV BAR Afvalbeheer. De condities waaronder de werkzaamheden moet worden uitgevoerd zijn uitgewerkt in het programma van eisen (bijlage 3). In 2025 bedroeg het totaal aantal uren voor de inhuur van flexibele arbeidskrachten circa 29.693 uur. Hiervan had circa 6.892 uur betrekking op medewerkers afval-aanbiedstation (AAS) en circa 22.801 uur op beladers. In het prijzenblad zijn de indicatieve aantallen in uren per functie aangegeven. Deze cijfers zijn gebaseerd op de inzet in 2025. Aan de genoemde aantallen kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
