Details

Stichting Cito is op zoek naar één opdrachtnemer voor de dienstverlening rondom externe inhuur. De opdracht omvat primair Contractservice, waaronder de administratieve en contractuele afhandeling en het beheer van externe inzetten. Daarnaast kan Cito op verzoek gebruikmaken van aanvullende Intermediaire Dienstverlening voor het zoeken en selecteren van externe professionals. Met deze aanbesteding beoogt Cito een betrouwbare en deskundige partner te contracteren die zorgt voor een efficiënte, zorgvuldige en gebruiksvriendelijke uitvoering van de dienstverlening en Cito daarbij zoveel mogelijk ontzorgt. De opdracht omvat de dienstverlening rondom externe inhuur, bestaande uit: Contractservice: de administratieve en contractuele afhandeling en het beheer van externe inzetten, inclusief relevante controles, advisering en facturatie; Intermediaire Dienstverlening: het op verzoek van Cito zoeken, voorselecteren en aanbieden van geschikte externe professionals; De implementatie van de dienstverlening en de overdracht van bestaande externe inzetten bij aanvang van de Overeenkomst. Cito heeft momenteel circa 39 actieve externe inzetten in beheer bij de huidige dienstverlener. De verwachte omvang bedraagt circa 30 tot 50 gelijktijdig actieve inzetten. Daarnaast is in de aanbestedingsstukken rekening gehouden met mogelijke structurele groei van de behoefte aan externe inhuur. Contractservice vormt het zwaartepunt van de opdracht. De omvang van de dienstverlening kan gedurende de looptijd fluctueren. Aan de genoemde aantallen kunnen geen afnamegaranties worden ontleend.
