De gemeente Leiden streeft naar het afsluiten van raamcontracten met vijf geselecteerde partijen die project personeel kunnen leveren. Hiermee wordt voorzien in de benodigde capaciteit, waardoor de gemeente haar opgaven succesvol kan realiseren. Deze aanbesteding betreft de inhuur van projectfuncties binnen de gemeente.
