Lots Lot 1 — Sociaal Beheer (estimated 1525000): Perceel 1 betreft het Sociaal Beheer van opvanglocatie ’t Koetshuis in Bavel. De dienstverlening is gericht op het ondersteunen van bewoners bij een veilig, leefbaar en stabiel verblijf en het bevorderen van zelfredzaamheid en participatie. De werkzaamheden omvatten onder meer dagelijkse aanwezigheid en aanspreekbaarheid op de locatie, bewonersbegeleiding, signalering van ondersteuningsbehoeften en risico’s, bevordering van leefbaarheid, ondersteuning bij participatie en zelfredzaamheid, samenwerking met relevante ketenpartners en rapportage aan gemeente Breda. Lot 2 — Facilitair Beheer (estimated 370000): Perceel 2 betreft het Facilitair Beheer van opvanglocatie ’t Koetshuis in Bavel. De dienstverlening is gericht op een veilige, schone, functionele en goed beheerde woon- en verblijfsomgeving. De werkzaamheden omvatten onder meer huismeesterschap, facilitair aanspreekpunt op locatie, kamer- en sleutelbeheer, huuradministratie, signalering en coördinatie van dagelijks en klein onderhoud, afhandeling van facilitaire meldingen en storingen en schoonmaakdienstverlening. Voor het huismeesterschap geldt een minimale inzet van 0,5 fte. De schoonmaakdienstverlening heeft bij aanvang betrekking op een indicatieve schoonmaakoppervlakte van circa 765 m².
