Details

Het doel van deze opdracht is het contracteren van één opdrachtnemer die integraal verantwoordelijk is voor het beheer en de exploitatie van het doorgangsdepot De Groote Lucht. De opdrachtnemer draagt zorg voor een veilige, doelmatige en vergunning conforme ontvangst, tijdelijke opslag, rijping, administratie en afvoer van grond. Hiermee wordt Delfland volledig ontzorgd in het depotbeheer; Delfland blijft uitsluitend verantwoordelijk voor de aanvoer van de eigen baggerspecie naar het depot. De geraamde waarde van de opdracht bedraagt circa EUR 300.000 exclusief btw per jaar. Deze raming is gebaseerd op een verwachte jaarlijkse hoeveelheid van minimaal 20.000 m3 baggerspecie. Hoewel het depot een opslagcapaciteit van circa 20.000m3 baggerspecie heeft, wordt de totale hoeveelheid baggerspecie die gedurende de contractperiode kan worden verwerkt mede bepaald door de doorlooptijd van verwerkingsactiviteiten, doch dient tenminste 20.000 m3 per jaar te zijn.
