Afdeling Vastgoed Beheer van het Facilitair Bedrijf (FB) is voornemens een overeenkomst met één partij (of een combinatie van partijen) af te sluiten voor het uitvoeren van het werktuigbouwkundig en elektrotechnisch beheer en onderhoud van de gebouwgebonden E&W-assets binnen het vastgoed van GVB. Het onderhoud omvat periodiek, correctief en projectmatig onderhoud. De opdracht omvat het langjarig beheer en onderhoud van de gebouwgebonden elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige (E&W-)assets binnen het vastgoed van GVB. De werkzaamheden omvatten periodiek, correctief en projectmatig onderhoud. De Raamovereenkomst heeft een totale maximale looptijd van acht (8) jaar, inclusief verlengingsopties. De geraamde waarde over de volledige looptijd bedraagt € 72.391.548,- exclusief btw en indexatie. De daadwerkelijke omvang van de werkzaamheden is mede afhankelijk van de ontwikkeling van het areaal, de onderhoudsbehoefte en de beschikbaarheid van investeringsbudgetten.
