De aanbestedende dienst wenst de werving en selectie van management- en strategische functies (schalen 11 t/m 15) en van strategisch ondersteunende rollen extern te beleggen, gericht op structurele indiensttreding en dus nadrukkelijk niet op inhuur via een detacherings- of flexconstructie. Met deze aanbesteding beoogt de Opdrachtgever één deskundige partij te contracteren die het volledige werving- en selectieproces zorgvuldig, consistent en ontzorgend uitvoert, waarbij de opdrachtnemer verantwoordelijk is voor onder meer de vacatureteksten, externe publicatie, netwerkinzet en (voor)selectie inclusief screening en assessments, en de Opdrachtgever zorg draagt voor de inhoudelijke input, de gesprekken en de onboarding. Omvang van de opdracht bedraagt €900.000 gedurende de gehele looptijd van de opdracht inclusief verlengingen
