Deze aanbestedingsleidraad is opgesteld ten behoeve van de aanbesteding van Inkoopadviesdiensten van Stichting Carmelcollege (hierna: Carmel). In dit document wordt een beschrijving van de opdracht gegeven, alsmede alle geldende eisen en voorwaarden benoemd. De komende jaren gaat Carmel en haar clusters/instellingen (verder ook te noemen Aanbestedende Dienstn danwel Opdrachtgever) een groot aantal (Europese) aanbestedingen uitvoeren. Het betreft hoofdzakelijk Europese aanbestedingen (complex en regulier) en daarnaast meervoudig onderhandse en Europese niet-openbare aanbestedingen. De lopende raamovereenkomste met Inkada B.V. voor inkoopadviesdiensten loopt van rechtswege af. Carmel wenst de dienstverlening na afloop van de Raamovereenkomst opnieuw Europees aan te besteden. De jaarlijkse geraamde waarde bedraagt gemiddeld €175.000,- excl. btw per jaar. De maximale waarde van de Raamovereenkomst is vastgesteld op €1.400.000,- excl. BTW

Lots Lot 1 — Aanbesteding inkoopadviesdiensten (estimated 1400000.0): Carmel kiest ervoor, mede op basis van de resultaten van de marktconsultatie, om de opdracht als samengevoegde opdracht aan te besteden als bedoeld in artikel 1.5 lid 1 van de Aanbestedingswet. Zie Aanbestedingsleidraad 1.3 Percelen. De jaarlijkse geraamde waarde bedraagt gemiddeld €175.000,- excl. btw per jaar. De maximale waarde van de Raamovereenkomst is vastgesteld op €1.400.000,- excl. BTW
