De gevraagde Dienstverlening bestaat uit onder ander uit het produceren en leveren van drukwerk voor alle bij VGGM behorende huisstijlen (VGGM, Brandweer, Ambulance, GGD, Veilig Thuis en GHOR). Onder deze werkzaamheden vallen ook het borgen van de vastgestelde huisstijl, waar nodig opslag van kantoordrukwerk, het verzorgen van mailingen en het verzorgen en onderhouden van een bestelapplicatie. Gezien de diversiteit van de opdracht, is deze aanbesteding onderverdeeld in twee percelen. De jaarlijkse omvang van de opdracht wordt als volgt geraamd: Perceel 1: €35.000 Perceel 2: €20.000

Lots Lot 1 — Leveren van drukwerk en printpapier: Het leveren van verschillende soorten kantoor- en promotioneel drukwerk en printpapier. De omvang van dit perceel wordt geraamd op €35.000 per jaar. Lot 2 — Verzorgen van directe mailingen: Bedrukken, printen en versturen van directe mailingen (via de gecontracteerde postverspreider van Opdrachtgever). De omvang van dit perceel wordt geraamd op €20.000 per jaar.
