De opdracht betreft het leveren van postdienstverlening voor alle locaties van het ROC van Amsterdam-Flevoland (ROCvA-F) en Voortgezet Onderwijs van Amsterdam (VOvA), hierna gezamenlijk te noemen ROCvA-F. De opdrachtnemer verzorgt de uitvoering van de poststromen en de bijbehorende logistieke dienstverlening en levert een betrouwbare, kwalitatief hoogwaardige en toekomstbestendige dienstverlening. Daarbij draagt de opdrachtnemer actief bij aan kostenbeheersing, verduurzaming van de logistieke keten, sociale impact en continue verbetering van de dienstverlening. Van de opdrachtnemer wordt verwacht dat deze gedurende de contractperiode proactief meedenkt over optimalisatie van processen, vermindering van milieubelasting en het creëren van maatschappelijke waarde. De dienstverlening omvat: Post: - partijenpost; - losse post - brievenbuspakjes; - pakketten; - aangetekende post en pakketten; - spoedzendingen. Services: - haal- en brengservice - gemak service, voor verwerking van gemengde Indicatief zijn in 2025 de volgende volumes verwerkt: - Partijenpost: 140.000 stuks; - Pakketten en brievenbuspakjes: 500 stuks; - Aangetekende zendingen: 2.500 stuks.
