De gemeente Halderberge bestaat als gemeente uit vijf dorpskernen, heeft een oppervlakte van 7.521 ha en telt 31.477 inwoners (1 januari 2026). Verdeeld over de dorpskernen zijn er 73 speel- en beweegplekken met in totaal 500 speel- en sporttoestellen. Gemeente is voornemens een raamovereenkomst met 4 partijen af te sluiten voor de levering en plaatsing van speeltoestellen. De maximale omvang van de raamovereenkomst bedraagt €600.000,-
