De Provincie Noord-Holland is voornemens een overeenkomst te sluiten voor persdocumentatie en mediamonitoring. De dienstverlening ondersteunt medewerkers bij het volgen van relevante landelijke, regionale en lokale berichtgeving. De opdrachtnemer richt zoekprofielen in en beheert deze, doorzoekt relevante nieuwsbronnen, selecteert relevante publicaties en stelt volledige artikelen digitaal beschikbaar. Onderdeel van de opdracht zijn ook ondersteuning en het periodiek optimaliseren van de zoekprofielen, zodat de resultaten zo goed mogelijk aansluiten op de informatiebehoefte van de provincie. De geraamde waarde van de gehele looptijd van de Overeenkomst bedraagt € 750.000
