Details

Het doel van de voorliggende aanbesteding is om drie adviesbureaus te contracteren voor het leveren van RO-adviesdiensten. De raamovereenkomsten die hiervoor gesloten worden moeten een juiste balans bieden tussen doelmatigheid enerzijds en rechtmatigheid en het voldoen aan gemeentelijke beleidsdoelstellingen anderzijds. De totale verwachte opdrachtwaarde voor RO-adviesdiensten is 400.000 Euro op jaarbasis. Dit is een globale schatting omdat de jaarlijkse afname sterk kan fluctueren en afhankelijk is van ontwikkelingen die al dan niet kunnen plaatsvinden. Genoemde bedragen zijn geen garanties. U kunt aan de genoemde bedragen geen rechten ontlenen. De gemeente is op basis van jurisprudentie (arrest ECLI:EU:C:2018:1034) verplicht om ook een maximale omzet op te nemen in de overeenkomst. De maximale omzet wordt vastgesteld op maximaal tweemaal het geraamde bedrag per perceel.
