Het leveren van een hoofdpost voor het monitoren, besturen en beheren van water gerelateerde objecten van gemeenten en opnemen van data van gemalen van het waterschap. Daarnaast het leveren van betrouwbare data van niveaumetingen in het afvalwaterstelsel en oppervlaktewater bij randvoorzieningen. Leveren 1 centraal systeem om alle bestaande en toekomstige water gerelateerde objecten te kunnen monitoren, besturen en beheren voor 26 gemeenten en een waterschap. Daarnaast het leveren van betrouwbare niveaudata in het afvalwaterstelsel en oppervlaktewater bij randvoorzieningen.
