Details

De NZa wenst de huidige, on-premise omgeving te vervangen door een moderne, cloudgebaseerde en modulaire informatievoorziening op basis van Software as a Service (SaaS). De continuïteit van het technisch beheer van de huidige omgeving is niet langer geborgd na afloop van de bestaande beheerovereenkomst, waardoor tijdige livegang van de nieuwe Oplossing noodzakelijk is voor de continuïteit van de bedrijfskritische, primaire processen van de NZa. De gewenste Oplossing bestaat uit drie samenhangende, doch separate percelen: een Zaaksysteem, een Document Management Systeem (DMS) met Recordmanagementfunctionaliteit, en een omnichannel oplossing voor het bundelen van klantcontact. Hiermee wil de NZa zaakgericht werken, dossiervorming, archivering en klantcontact via meerdere kanalen op eenduidige en gestructureerde wijze ondersteunen, met een duurzaam toegankelijke en betrouwbare informatiehuishouding die is toegesneden op de verwerking van gevoelige persoonsgegevens.

Lot 1 — Perceel 1: Zaaksysteem (estimated 2200000): De kern van deze aanbesteding is het nieuwe zaaksysteem, waarmee de NZa zaakgericht werkt. Zie stukken

Lot 2 — Perceel 2: Document Management Systeem (DMS) (estimated 200000): Bij het behandelen van zaken verwerkt de NZa veel documenten. Dit omvat zowel documenten die bijvoorbeeld per mail worden opgestuurd, maar ook fysieke documenten die via de scanstraat binnenkomen. Voor het in goede, geordende en toegankelijke staat bewaren en beheren van informatie is een DMS nodig. Lot 3 — Perceel 3: Omnichannel (estimated 200000): De NZa heeft klantcontact via meerdere kanalen. Mail, telefonie, online formulieren en chat. Om ervoor te zorgen dat we onze klanten optimaal kunnen bedienen is het belangrijk om informatie uit deze verschillende kanalen te bundelen. Een Omnichannel oplossing moet hier uitkomst bieden.
