De dienstverlening bestaat in hoofdzaak uit het uitvoeren van (milieukundig) bodemonderzoeken, waaronder het uitvoeren van diverse standaardwerkzaamheden zoals: • vooronderzoeken, • (land)bodemonderzoeken, • asbest-in-bodemonderzoeken, • onderzoeken naar: o de teerhoudendheid van asfalt, o de milieuhygiënische samenstellingen van funderingslagen, • partijkeuringen van grond, • infiltratieonderzoeken, • het opstellen van saneringsbestekken (plan van aanpak en meldingen mba’s graven en saneren) en milieukundige begeleiding.
