De opdracht betreft de advisering en hands-on begeleiding bij de toepassing en structurele borging van digitale ontwikkel- en werkmethodiek voor het programma Digitale Diensten en het programma Nieuw Financieringsstelstel Kinderopvang (NFKo), en op termijn voor de ontwikkeling van digitale diensten voor Dienst Toeslagen als geheel conform Visie 2030. Zie voor verdere informatie het Beschrijvend document. Mede gebaseerd op ervaringscijfers van de afgelopen jaren en de verwachte toekomstige behoefte, is de omvang van de Opdracht geraamd. De geraamde waarde van de Opdracht bedraagt € 3.500.000,- exclusief btw over een looptijd van 4 jaar. Om te voorkomen dat de contractuele maximumwaarde tussentijds wordt overschreden en de raamovereenkomst voor het beoogde einde van de looptijd haar effect zou verliezen, sluiten we de raamovereenkomst af met een maximale opdrachtwaarde van € 5.250.000,- exclusief btw. Factoren die van invloed kunnen zijn op de daadwerkelijke omvang zijn onder meer natuurlijke fluctuaties in de behoefte, politiek bestuurlijke ontwikkelingen en ontwikkelingen in het maatschappelijk debat over specifieke onderwerpen. Vanwege bijvoorbeeld politieke, budgettaire, bestuurlijke of organisatorische ontwikkelingen binnen de Aanbestedende dienst is het mogelijk dat de (omvang van de) Opdracht wijzigt.
