Gezien de komende ontwikkelingen binnen de gemeente Noordoostpolder, heeft opdrachtgever behoefte aan raamovereenkomsten voor het uitvoeren van advies- en ingenieursdiensten op het gebied van vastgoed. Denk hierbij aan de nieuwbouw van brandweergarages, renovatie van het zwembad, renovatie of nieuwbouw van het theater, renovatie van buurthuizen en gymlokalen. De gemeente heeft deze opdracht verdeeld in twee percelen: - Perceel 1 – Algemene ingenieursdiensten op het gebied van vastgoed - Perceel 2 – Onderzoeken, analyses en advisering op het gebied van vastgoed 1

Lots Lot 1 — Algemene ingenieursdiensten op het gebied van vastgoed: Dit perceel omvat alle adviserende, ontwerpende, contractuele en technische diensten voor de realisatie en het beheer zoals beschreven in de inschrijvingsleidraad. Lot 2 — Onderzoeken, analyses en advisering op het gebied van vastgoed: Dit perceel omvat alle specifieke (technische) inspecties, metingen, enquêtes, analyses en adviseringen die nodig zijn als input voor de plannen of ter controle zoals beschreven in de inschrijvingsleidraad.
