Deze opdracht heeft betrekking op: - Het uitoefenen van de meetverantwoordelijkheid voor de facilitaire gas- en elektriciteits­aansluitingen; - Het beheren en uitlezen van tussenmeters en meters van derden; - De levering en het beheer van meters en loggers; - Het leveren van meetgegevens via een API-koppeling; - Het leveren van toegang tot gegevens via een web portal; - Het beschrijven van en werken volgens afgesproken mutatieprocessen. De Overeenkomst heeft een vaste looptijd van vijf jaar met drie keer een optie tot verlenging met één jaar. De maximale looptijd komt hiermee op acht jaar. Onbekend.
