Details

Binnen de opdracht valt: • Het leveren van ICT-hardware, waaronder in ieder geval Chromebooks, Windows-laptops, desktops, monitoren en iPads; • Het leveren van bijbehorende accessoires en randapparatuur; • Het geven van aankoopadvies en vervangingsadvies; • Het bieden van service-, garantie- en RMA-afhandeling; • Het beschikbaar stellen van een gebruiksvriendelijke webshopomgeving incl. autorisatieflow en OCI koppeling.; • Het verzorgen van managementinformatie en rapportages; • Het ontzorgen van Zinder gedurende de gehele contractperiode op het gebied van ICT-hardware en de daarbij behorende dienstverlening. Optioneel binnen de opdracht valt: • Het gebruiksklaar opleveren van ICT-hardware op verzoek van Zinder. Buiten de opdracht valt: • Touchscreens en digiborden; • Netwerkapparatuur, waaronder switches, firewalls en wifi-oplossingen. De totale opdrachtwaarde voor de maximale looptijd van de Overeenkomst wordt geraamd op € 1.900.000 exclusief BTW. Deze raming is gebaseerd op historische afnamegegevens, de verwachte vervangingsbehoefte gedurende de contractperiode, de ontwikkeling van de ICT-omgeving binnen Zinder en de huidige marktomstandigheden. De genoemde opdrachtwaarde betreft nadrukkelijk een raming. Aan deze raming kunnen door Inschrijvers of Opdrachtnemer op geen enkele wijze rechten worden ontleend.
