Deze aanbestedingsprocedure heeft betrekking op de Europese Openbare aanbesteding Ingrediënten Warme Dranken voor NHL Stenden Hospitality Group. Deze aanbesteding vervangt de eerdere procedure met TenderNed-kenmerk TN 576006, voor Perceel 2, die door de Aanbestedende dienst is beëindigd zonder gunning. Na heroverweging van de geschiktheidseisen, met name de certificeringseisen, is vastgesteld dat deze voor Perceel 2 mogelijk disproportioneel waren en de mededinging onnodig beperkten. In de onderhavige procedure zijn onder meer de volgende wijzigingen doorgevoerd: de geschiktheidseisen ten aanzien van certificeringen zijn herzien, waarbij ISO 9001 en ISO 14001 als verplichte eisen zijn komen te vervallen, teneinde de proportionaliteit te waarborgen en de aansluiting op de markt te verbeteren. Scope: - Arabica espresso en lungo koffiebonen; - Gemalen Arabica lungo koffiebonen; - Gemalen decaf/cafeïnevrije koffie; - Theezakjes voor één kop; - Losse thee.
