De aan te besteden opdracht betreft de verzorging van de warme drankenvoorziening. 1. De verstrekking van warme dranken middels automaten, met de volgende werkzaamheden: • De levering en installatie van automaten op basis van lease; • De plaatsing van onderzetkasten; • De levering van ingrediënten; • Het verhelpen van tweedelijns storingen; • Het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan de automaten; 2. Het voor eigen rekening en risico exploiteren van onbemande coffee corners op basis van een luxe koffievoorziening, met de volgende werkzaamheden: • De levering en installatie van automaten inclusief bijbehorend meubel; • De levering van ingrediënten en recyclebare bekers; • Het verhelpen van tweedelijns – en eerstelijns storingen; • Het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan de automaten en het meubel; • De verzorging (full operating) van de automaten en het meubel, waaronder o het bestellen van de ingrediënten o het bijvullen van de automaten o het schoonmaken van de automaten en he Het gaat om 8 locaties met in totaal 30 automaten en 12 onderzetkasten.
