Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het selecteren van een Opdrachtnemer voor het uitvoeren van parkeerdienstverlening op de parkeerterreinen 1e en 2e Slag Rockanje, zodanig dat de gemeente wordt ontzorgd en de dienstverlening professioneel, klantvriendelijk, efficiënt en rechtmatig wordt uitgevoerd. De gemeente streeft daarbij naar: • een hoge kwaliteit van dienstverlening; • een effectieve en rechtmatige uitvoering van parkeerbeheer; • een goede mate van klantvriendelijkheid en servicegerichtheid richting bezoekers; • een transparante en beheersbare samenwerking; • een marktconforme prijs-kwaliteitverhouding; • een uitvoering die past bij het recreatieve karakter van de locaties. Onder de scope vallen in ieder geval de werkzaamheden die samenhangen met het beheersen, uitvoeren en ondersteunen van het betaald parkeren op deze locaties. Daaronder worden naar verwachting begrepen: • parkeerhandhaving / controle in het gereguleerd parkeergebied; • uitgifte van (digitale) parkeerrechten, De totale verwachte opdrachtwaarde voor parkeerdienstverlening is geschat op circa 100.000 Euro per jaar.
