De opdracht betreft het integraal verzorgen van schoonmaakonderhoud, glasbewassing en sanitaire voorzieningen voor de gemeente Leidschendam-Voorburg. De dienstverlening omvat resultaatgericht schoonmaakonderhoud, periodiek vloeronderhoud, tapijtreiniging, glasbewassing, additionele en regiewerkzaamheden, ondersteuning bij duurzame koffie- en theebekers en het reinigen van ICT-middelen. De scope omvat 16 gemeentelijke locaties, waaronder kantoren, scholen, gymzalen en maatschappelijke voorzieningen, met een totale oppervlakte van circa 20.760 m². Vanaf 1 juni 2029 worden tevens het voorraadbeheer, de levering van sanitaire dispensers en sanitaire verbruiksartikelen onderdeel van de overeenkomst. De overeenkomst start op 1 juni 2027 met een initiële looptijd van twee jaar en een maximale verlengingsmogelijkheid van zes jaar. Het jaarlijkse inschrijvingsbedrag valt binnen een bandbreedte van € 840.000 tot € 945.000 exclusief btw.
