Current ATM View - NAVY/TF/VET/ 97406 ADFTSS Vet Assessor Training Course The procurement is being undertaken to engage an outsourced Registered Training Organisation (RTO) who can deliver a VET Assessor Course to RAN, RAAF and ARA via TA-MLH’s ADF Training System School (ADFTSS). The CoA will exclude from participation any Potential Supplier that does not demonstrate compliance with:

1. The provider is to be a RTO

2. The provider is to be compliant under the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) standards in the areas of the provision of training delivery, assessment and the issuance of nationally recognised qualifications and Statements of Attainment 3. The provider is to issue appropriate civilian Certificates and Statements of Attainment, awarded to each trainee on successful completion of each course or unit(s) of competency (UoC) where applicable. 4. The provider is to deliver notification of any updates to the National Training Package (NTP) that impact on the qualifications and/or UoCs covered by this ATM. Additionally, 5. Requirements for updates resulting from major changes to ADF training outcomes and/or training packages and having a significant cost impact for the provider are to be subject to negotiations. 6. The provider is to develop and implement a Management Plan that can demonstrate effective management of and assurance to current ASQA RTO registration requirements and relevant training and assessment risks associated with the delivery of the agreed services, procedures and the resources to be applied to perform the tasks specified in the ATM. 7. Provider is to maintain suitable facilities that provide a safe, contemporary and harmonious learning environment that adheres to the ADF employee code of conduct and maintains Service values. 8. Provider is to comply with all Federal, State, Territory and Local Legislation, Regulations, Guidelines and Standards. Initial term of one-year with two extension options of one-year each.
