The Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation (MISTI) and the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation (MPWT), through the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) on behalf of the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC), have received a Credit in the amount of US$163 million equivalent from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of the Water Supply and Sanitation Acceleration Project (WASAC) for six years starting from 2024 to 2029 and intends to apply part of the proceeds for Consulting Service - Individual Consultant: National Senior Technical Advisor (Intermittent) (MISTI-IC-13) . The WASAC now invites expressions of interest from qualified and experienced Individual National Consultants for National Senior Technical Advisor (Intermittent) (MISTI-IC-13) , for which the detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) can be found at: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1yjlYkI0DVj1hkh5lesXfffthYQ2S0UMa?usp=sharing or can be obtained at the address given below. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultant Selection method set out in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Procurement in Investment Project Financing, Fifth Edition, dated September 2023, and Government SOP (December 2019).
