Details

FMO, the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank, invites eligible consultants and consortia to submit a Request to Participate for a framework contract supporting the Nasira+ Program. Nasira+ promotes financial inclusion by helping financial institutions expand access to finance for underserved groups through a combination of a risk-sharing facility providing portfolio guarantees and technical assistance.

Selected contractors will provide technical assistance services in areas such as financial and non-financial risk management, data management, digital transformation, institutional strengthening, product development, market positioning and ecosystem strengthening. The up to three selected consultants or consortia will support financial institutions in the Americas and Caribbean, Asia and Pacific, the European South Neighborhood, the European East Neighborhood, Turkey and Sub-Saharan Africa.

The framework contract has a maximum budget of EUR 6,300,000 (excluding VAT) for its full duration of 50 months. Interested and qualified parties are invited to submit a request to participate in accordance with the procurement documents.
