This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA500026Q0048 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for NAF PAX buses. This acquisition is a set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. (ii) Three (3) 14-PAX buses capable of carrying 14 passengers. One (1) 44-PAX bus capable of carrying 44 passengers. The buses must also meet any and all Federal, state, and local safety regulations governing the use of passenger transportation. The buses must be equipped with automatic transmissions, air breaks, and an Alaska winterization package. (iii) Further explanation can be found on Attachment 1_Salient Characteristics. (iv) 18 December 2026 delivery date to 800 1st Street, Door 19, JBER, AK 99505, F.o.B. Destination. (v) A list of contract provisions that apply to the acquisition can be found in Attachment 2_Nonappropriated Fund Standard Clauses 30 May 2025. (vi) A list of contract clauses that apply to the acquisition can be found in Attachment 2_Nonappropriated Fund Standard Clauses 30 May 2025. (vii) All questions or requests for information must be submitted in writing and sent by e-mail correspondence no later than on 15 September 2026 by 1400 AKDT. Quotes are due no later than 2:00 PM AKDT on 18 September 2026.
