1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:

USD 34.9 mln. EBRD Loan; USD 28.1 mln. Government Contribution to be provided by Mongolia and funded through a combination of the state budget, financial aid from the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, or other donors, as necessary. USD 0.9 mln EBRD funded TC funds

Project Description:

Construction of a new energy efficient cardiovascular healthcare facility with a capacity of around 120 beds in the capital city Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia Estimated Total Project Value 63,900,000.00 Currency USD Procurement Type Goods,Works,Consultancy Estimated Start Date of Procurement 30/08/2026.

3. Other Information

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents. Procurement under this project will be conducted using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP).
