Binnen de scope van de opdracht

  • Het leveren van fysieke mobiliteitskaarten met en zonder abonnement. Beschikbaar voor Trein, bus, tram, metro.
  • De kaarten moeten een integrale koppeling bieden met het landelijke netwerk van deelfietsen op NS-stations en een landelijk dekkend netwerk van deelauto's;
  • Klantenservice voor gebruikers bij verlies, defecten of vragen;
  • Factureren van de gemaakte reiskosten op persoonsniveau, zodat de AD deze eenvoudig kan doorbelasten aan haar medewerkers.

  • Het fysiek beschikbaar stellen van vervoersmiddelen;
  • Het organiseren of uitvoeren van vervoersdiensten;
  • Een portaal waarin reiskosten gedeclareerd dienen te worden;
