Section 3 - Caractéristiques du marché
Caractéristiques principales : La municipalité de Lavérune souhaite engager un projet de rénovation globale du groupe scolaire du Centenaire. Le projet comprend la restructuration de l’équipement selon ses capacités d’adaptation aux nouveaux usages de l’espace et besoins constatés et vise plus particulièrement à l’amélioration de ses performances thermiques et énergétiques ainsi que du confort en toutes saisons. En parallèle, le projet doit intégrer le réaménagement et la végétalisation des cours de récréation (désimperméabilisation des sols, gestion du ruissellement des eaux pluviales), et la création d’espaces d’enseignements extérieurs. Dans cette objectif, une mission de programmation architecturale et paysagère et d’assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage est souhaitée afin de vérifier la faisabilité de l’opération, de fixer une stratégie globale en concertation avec les usagers (AMU à intégrer à la démarche), de définir des critères d’intervention, des périmètres et des phasages opérationnels, avant le lancement d’une consultation de maîtrise d’œuvre.
