La présente consultation concerne une mission de maîtrise d’œuvre relative à la réhabilitation du pavillon de la Carte du ciel et du laboratoire Foucault, situés 77 avenue Denfert-Rochereau / 61 avenue de l’Observatoire, 75014 Paris. L’opération porte notamment sur la réhabilitation générale du bâtiment, le traitement des problèmes d’étanchéité, la restauration des deux coupoles ainsi que la rénovation des espaces intérieurs. Le programme de l’opération, précisant les objectifs, contraintes et caractéristiques du projet, est joint au DCE. Le bâtiment, construit entre 1870 et 1892, est inscrit au titre des monuments historiques par arrêté du 23 décembre 2009.
