Description succincte du marché: Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet l'assistance environnementale et écologique des travaux de réalisation du projet Lignes2Tram.
L'écologue titulaire du marché interviendra tout au long de l'opération en tant qu'expert en biodiversité et en milieux naturels. Il garantira : - La bonne exécution des prestations demandées/prescrites ; - La mise en œuvre, dans le respect de la réglementation et des règles de l'art, des mesures écologiques qu'elles soient réglementaires ou contractuelles visant à éviter et réduire l'impact du chantier sur l'environnement (biodiversité, bruit, air et déchet); - Leur suivi en phase chantier et dans le temps. Les missions confiées par le présent marché au titulaire sont précisées au Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). Les prestations du titulaire se dérouleront sur les communes de La Riche, Tours, Joué-lès-Tours, Chambray-lès-Tours et Saint-Pierre-Des-Corps.
