Statsbygg ber om tilbud på midlertidig oppvarming av Botsen.Formålet er å etablere en driftssikker og helhetlig løsning for varmeproduksjon basert på pellets, hvor leverandøren har totalansvar for energileveransen. Bygningsmasse og energibehov Eiendom: BotsenOppvarmet bygningsareal: ca. 17 000 m²Estimert årlig energiforbruk: ca. 450 000 kWhEstimert høyeste energibehov per måned: ca. 90 000 kWhEstimert høyeste energibehov per time: 150 kWTur temperatur på tilkoblingspunkt må kunne leveres på minimum 55 grader ved et effektbehov på 150 kW.Energien skal utelukkende benyttes til oppvarming.Bygget er i dag oppvarmet via fjernvarme som den får via det eksisterende fengselet som fortsatt er aktivt.  Denne løsningen vil bli koblet fra 15.02.27.
