The core function of the MNST is to address safety and security issues across the PT network. The team also act as ambassadors for Canterbury Regional Council and the Metro PT network and are regularly deployed to support events impacting on the Metro network, providing a variety of functions such as crowd control, bus loading and passenger support. This is a key opportunity to support staff growth and progression through a contract which focuses on staff quality and training with an emphasis on communication and customer service skills.
