Anskaffelsen gjelder levering av medieovervåkningstjenester. Leveransen skal omfatte både tilgang til en systemløsning/medieportal og løpende overvåkning av et bredt spekter av mediekilder. Tjenesten skal dekke åpne og betalingsbaserte nettmedier, sosiale medier, radio, TV (herunder nett-TV) samt trykte medier.Leveransen skal videre inkludere analysetjenester og mulighet for arkivuttak.Forbruk på kommende avtale er estimert til 5 150 000 millioner kroner ekskl. mva. per år. Rammeavtalens samlede verdi estimeres til om lag NOK 20 600 000 millioner ekskl. mva. for hele avtaleperioden inklusive opsjoner. Maksimalverdi er satt til 25 000 000.Rammeavtalen vil ha en varighet på to (2) år, med opsjon på forlengelse i inntil ytterligere to (2) år, fordelt på 1 + 1 år.
