Medical Insurance Services to International and National UN Volunteers

The United Nations Volunteers administered by the United Nations Development Programme, hereinafter referred to as UNV hereby invites prospective proposers to submit a proposal in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP) for provision of " Medical Insurance Services to International and National UN Volunteers" . UNV intends to enter into a Long Term Agreement (LTA) with the successful insurance provider for a maximum period of five years.

Pre-proposal conference will be conducted on 22 July 2026, 10:00 a.m. Bonn time via Online Zoom Conferencing.

Bidders must confirm their interest to participate and provide their contact information (name, title, company, email address) through Quantum messaging feature or by email to [contact details removed] no later than 17 July 2026 . Please indicate subject line " Registration for pre-proposal conference: UNV-HQ-00635 ". The virtual meeting link will be shared with participants who have confirmed their interest by the stated date. Minutes of pre-proposal conference will be disseminated directly in the system.
