Steinkjer kommune skal gå til anskaffelse av utemøbler til Steinkjer torg. Steinkjer torg er et samlingspunkt mellom Rismelparken, Kulturkvartalet og Steinkjer kirke. Målet er å gi torget et betydelig løft, invitere til økt bruk av arealet samt sørge for en helhet og knytte de ulike delene av torget sammen.
Steinkjer kommune ønsker en mer moderne løsning som er estetisk, praktisk og som er enkel å drifte med tanke på beplantning, vedlikehold, ommøblering og lagring.
