De Modulaire Gemeenschappelijke Regeling Rijk van Nijmegen (hierna: de MGR) bereidt een aanbesteding voor van het vervoer van medewerkers die om medische of sociale redenen niet zelfstandig naar het werk kunnen komen. De MGR is de aanbestedende dienst. Gemeente Nijmegen voert de voorbereiding uit namens de MGR. Met deze marktconsultatie wil de MGR inzicht krijgen in de ontwikkelingen, mogelijkheden, beperkingen, kansen en risico’s in de markt, met name op het gebied van duurzaamheid en zero emissie rijden. De kennis van vervoerders helpt om een goed uitvoerbaar en toegankelijk contract aan te besteden.
