Met deze uitvraag consulteert de gemeente de markt voorafgaand aan een aanbesteding. Het Havenstraatterrein in Amsterdam wordt ontwikkeld tot een nieuw stukje Zuid. De opgave bestaat uit een mix van gebiedsontwikkeling en bouwopgaves en kent vijf onderdelen: 1. De ontwikkeling en realisatie van circa 350 woningen (vooral middeldure huur) met circa 4000 m2 voorzieningen in de plint; 2. De ontwikkeling en realisatie van een tramloods voor het stallen van historische trams in opdracht van de gemeente; 3. De ontwikkeling en realisatie van een maatschappelijke voorziening in blok 1; 4. De ontwikkeling en realisatie van circa 150 sociale huurwoningen door de Alliantie; 5. De ontwikkeling en realisatie van een basisschool met bijbehorende functies door Stichting Openbaar Onderwijs aan de Amstel (“OOadA”).

Voor de eerste drie onderdelen is de gemeente op zoek naar een (combinatie van) marktpartij(en). Met deze uitvraag consulteert de gemeente de markt voorafgaand aan de aanbesteding.
