Velkommen til dialogmøter om operatørmodellen på den nye containerterminalen i Kongsgård.Fra vedtak i Havnestyret 02.06.26 er det bestemt at det skal utredes hvor Kristiansand havn IKS kan ta operatørmodellen i egen regi. Dette betyr ikke at vi nødvendigvis skal gjøre alle operatøroppgavene alene, det kan for eksempel være aktuelt at enkelte deler av operatørvirksomheten bør utføres av en privat aktør. For å gjøre gode vurderinger rundt dette "grensesnittet" før en eventuell konkurranse, har vi behov for dialog med mulige fremtidige samarbeidspartnere, slik at vi kan sikre at løsningen vi lander på er kommersielt interessant for alle parter.
