Description succincte du marché : La présente consultation a pour objet un Marché Global de Performance (MGP) associant les prestations de conception, réalisation et exploitation-maintenance d'une centrale d'ombrières photovoltaïques sur le site Louis Pasteur du Centre Hospitalier de Chartres. Le marché est non alloti et vise à remplir des objectifs chiffrés de performance. Le titulaire du marché sera rémunéré sur la base d'un prix global et forfaitaire. La durée prévisionnelle globale du marché est d'environ 60 mois à compter de la date de notification du marché : - 12 mois pour la partie conception réalisation des travaux - 24 mois pour la maintenance reconductible deux fois pour une durée de 12 mois (soit au total 48 mois)
