L'objecte del contracte, tal com consta descrit en el projecte, és realitzar unes obres de manteniment i conservació dels Jardins Artigas, que consistiran en arranjar i consolidar els 86 graons de pedra dels 6 trams d'accés als Jardins, arranjar les fonts dels animals del Bou i del Lleó, arranjar les baranes d'imitació a troncs i empedrats, consolidar la coberta de lloses de pedra de la glorieta, arranajr paviments del trencadís de la Gruta, del Pont d'Arc Coix, i instal.lar 10 ml. barana-banc d'acer a la zona mirador. També hi ha l'arranjament del tronc de la porta de la font de la Màgnesia situat a la part sud dels jardins, al costat de la Gruta amb formigó de calç i pintat del mateix color, per evitar una degradació exponencial al rovellar-se l'acer interior.
