Konkurransen gjelder rammeavtale for utførelse av malearbeider og legging av gulvbelegg i boliger tilhørende Lillehammer Boligstiftelse. Lillehammer Boligstiftelse eier og drifter 11 eiendommer/bygninger i Lillehammer, totalt 373 leiligheter.
