Details

Nordfyns Kommune ønsker at udbyde madservice inkl. udbringning/levering til hjemmeboende borgere. Udbuddet omfatter ikke levering af mad til borgere, der bor på Kommunens plejecentre.

Madservice er en ydelse tildelt efter § 13 i Ældreloven (LBK nr .1651 af 30/12/2024) og/eller Servicelovens §83 (LBK nr 1287 af 28/08/2020). Borgere i eget hjem tildeles ydelsen i henhold til Ældrelovens bestemmelser i § 18 om frit valg samt. Servicelovens § 91. Loven har til formål at sikre, at borgere i eget hjem, der er visiteret til madservice, har frit leverandørvalg.

Opgaven omfatter madservice med udbringning, dvs. produktion og levering af mad. Nordfyns Kommune har estimeret det samlede opgaveomfang til at udgøre:

  • Gennemsnitlig 1.200 portioner pr. uge (hovedretter). Hertil kommer tilkøb af biretter og madpakker.

Omfanget er opgjort på baggrund af perioden juni 2025 – maj 2026 (begge inkl).

Da borgerne har frit valg mellem leverandører, er omfanget af ydelser efter Aftalen, dels afhængigt af, hvor mange borgere der er berettiget til en visitation til madservice, og dels af borgernes konkrete valg af leverandør. Nordfyns Kommune således ikke sikre leverandøren et minimums køb i aftaleperioden.
