Lots Lot 1 — Travaux de terrassement, de gros oeuvre et de charpente en bois: Travaux d'excavation, de préparation de sol, de réalisation de structure portante en béton/maçonnerie et de fourniture et pose de charpente en bois pour le bâtiment. Lot 2 — Travaux de voirie et réseaux divers - route d'accès, parking et bassin de rétention: Réalisation des infrastructures, travaux de voirie, superstructure ainsi que l'aménagement d'un parking avec bassin de rétention. Lot 3 — Travaux d'isolation et d'étanchéité des toitures plates: Travaux pour trois types de toitures avec lignes de vie : o Etanchéité sur bacs acier (CIS &CC) o Etanchéité sur dalles béton (partie centrale) o Etanchéité sur dalles en bois (auvent à l’avant et l’arrière) Lot 4 — Travaux de menuiserie extérieure (alu/alu): Fourniture et installation de portes, portes vitrées, fenêtres & stores. Lot 5 — Travaux de façade en panneaux stratifiés haute pression: Fourniture et mise en oeuvre du bardage en panneaux stratifiés haute pression.
